MAINS
Norfolk bronze roast turkey with Sleeping Beauty stuffing, pigs in blankets, bread sauce and a Yorkshire pudding, Eggs, sulphites Wild mushroom and lentil Wellington, onion sauce,(VE) no allergens Pan-fried seabass with saffron and red pepper - Fish Niche Burger served with rosemary fries and coleslaw, mustard, eggs All mains except the burger are served with roast potatoes, maple-roasted parsnips and carrots, braised red cabbage and lemony sumac sprouts – no allergens



DESSERTS
Niche Christmas pudding with brandy sauce (VE),sulphites Tiramisu our Tia Maria coffee-soaked gf Savoiardi, layered with cream and mascarpone topped with chocolate Milk, Sulphites Speculoos and Stem Ginger Log – Speculoos dipped in brandy, sandwiched with vanilla plant cream and served with salted caramel sauce.
