Niche is an independent restaurant and every reservation plays an important role in helping us operate efficiently. We therefore kindly ask all guests to honour their bookings or provide as much notice as possible if their plans change.
A valid debit or credit card is required to secure all reservations.
No payment is taken at the time of booking.
Important: Depending on your bank, you may be asked to approve or authenticate the card verification through your banking app. Your reservation will not be confirmed until this verification has been successfully completed.
Your card will only be charged in the following circumstances:
You do not attend your reservation without notifying us (no-show).You cancel your reservation after 12:00pm on the day of your booking.You significantly reduce the number of guests after 12:00pm on the day of your booking.
In these circumstances, a fee of £10 per guest from Monday to Thursday, or £20 per guest from Friday to Sunday, will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
During particularly busy periods, we will hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time. If we have not heard from you and other guests are waiting, we may need to release your table. If you think you may be late, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you are making a reservation by telephone, we will take your email address and send you a secure link to verify your card details. Your reservation will only be confirmed once this process has been completed. If the verification is not completed, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
Booking online is quicker, easier and more secure, as you’ll be guided through each step of the booking process, including securely verifying your card details.
Please make sure you receive a booking confirmation email shortly after completing your reservation. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, please contact us using the form below before travelling to the restaurant so we can verify that your booking has been successfully confirmed.

Service Charge
Like many independent restaurants in London, we add an optional 12.5% service charge to all bills.
This allows us to attract and retain a talented team while paying wages well above the industry average. Unlike larger chain restaurants, independent businesses cannot rely on high customer volumes to provide consistent gratuities for their staff.
This approach helps us maintain exceptional service standards while meeting our legal and tax obligations in a fair and transparent way.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Niche is proud to be London’s first Coeliac UK accredited 100% gluten-free restaurant, and food safety is at the heart of everything we do.
Our kitchen is also completely free from peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and oats.
We also offer a wide range of dairy-free and vegan dishes, clearly identified with the DF and VE symbols on our menus.
All allergens are clearly listed alongside every dish, and our team will always be happy to answer any questions before you order.

Birthday Cakes & Outside Food
Niche is a strictly 100% gluten-free, peanut-free, tree nut-free and sesame-free restaurant.
For the safety of our guests, we are unable to allow any food or drink not supplied by Niche to be brought into the restaurant, including birthday cakes, desserts and baby food.
If you require baby food or food for medical reasons, please contact us before your visit so we can advise you accordingly.
Our team members also follow the same policy, as preventing cross-contamination is one of our highest priorities.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide birthday or celebration cakes.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Pets
As London’s first Coeliac UK accredited 100% gluten-free restaurant, we maintain exceptionally high food safety and hygiene standards throughout every area of the restaurant.
Many of our guests live with Coeliac disease, severe food allergies or other medical conditions, while others are sensitive to animal hair and dander. Although we fully appreciate that pets are cherished members of many families, allowing animals inside the restaurant could compromise the safe and comfortable environment we work hard to provide for all our guests.
For these reasons, we are unable to accommodate dogs or other pets inside the restaurant.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
